In a setting defined by stone facades and Adriatic charm, Lustica Bay needed a dining concept that felt fresh — in both spirit and substance. Luxury DNA was invited to create something unexpected: a daily go-to that blended quality, joy, and lightness with the refined edge the destination is known for.

We began by decoding the habits, gaps, and emotional needs of the local and visiting clientele — recognising the opportunity for a concept that was both casual and elevated. From there, we imagined Pastel: a colourful organic deli, bar, and restaurant where every detail felt curated yet effortless.

We designed the concept from the ground up — crafting the culinary direction, visual identity, operational flow, and guest journey. The interiors and brand tone expressed modern Mediterranean warmth, while the menu celebrated honest ingredients with a creative twist. Our copywriting, signage, staff training and merchandising strategy brought consistency and personality to the brand from day one.

Beyond opening, we developed activation ideas, community touchpoints, and lifestyle integration strategies to ensure Pastel would become more than a place to eat — a place to return to. The result is one of Lustica Bay’s most original F&B spaces, bringing colour, flavour, and new energy to the central piazza.
